Alexandria K. Jones graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in Economics, and from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. 

She is a licensed attorney in both Kentucky and Colorado, and is currently serving on the Northern Kentucky Bar Associations Young Lawyers Committee.
